Do you take insurance?

You'll need to check with your insurance company to find out if they'll reimburse for an out-of network provider for mental health counseling. Many PPO insurance plans will reimburse for a 45 minute session. If they do reimburse and you qualify, we will provide you with a monthly statement for you to submit to them if you would like to seek reimbursement. We require payment from you at the time of service. We do not take insurance as payment or bill insurance companies in order to protect your privacy and prevent other risks to you. If you'd like to know more about the pros and cons of using health insurance to pay for counseling, please ask.

What's counseling like with you?

It's like talking to a colleague in your living room. Only this colleague really knows what he's talking about and will give you advice and insight that works. Time together is not 'touchy-feely', talking things to death. Emphasis is placed on change, movement and techniques that work for most men.
